Membership Application Procedure and Application Form

  • Get the application form from the secretariat (you can download the form from the link below).

  • Fill out the application form and send it to the Secretariat.
  • If your membership is approved by the Board of Directors (through the membership examination), the Secretariat will notify you thereof in writing.
  • You will receive the notice of membership and the membership fee payment slip. Transfer the fees to the designated account.
  • After the transfer of entry and membership fees is confirmed by the Secretariat, a bulletin, newsletter, report and other publications will be delivered to you.

Membership Fee

There are three types of memberships: group, regular and student memberships.
Three copies of each bulletin, newsletter and other publication will be delivered to each group member. Those belonging to a group member are treated as our members and allowed to participate in all the events such as workshops sponsored by us.

Entry and Membership Fees

Entry Fee: 3,000 yen (all memberships)
Annual Membership Fee: 30,000 yen (group membership)
8,000 yen (regular membership)
4,000 yen (student membership)

Transfer the fees from a post office to the following account using the enclosed payment slip:
